As I’m sure you are aware, non-profits rely on the community to operate.  We are reaching out to you for a contribution to our organization.  It will be used to help fund our community theatre in a variety of ways including a minimum of five productions per year, which require scripts, royalties, fabric, lumber, paint, props, set pieces, costumes, shoes, makeup, wigs, etc.; office supplies; printing supplies; cleaning supplies; the annual Battle of the Bands; etc. In turn your donation helps to keep our ticket prices affordable for the community.

 

As a thank-you for your contribution we will advertise your business at The Centre Theatre. We are including an explanation of the Sponsorship Tiers with this mailing. Our theatre season runs from September through August, so we would be having a donation campaign at the beginning of the season. However, we’re starting our campaign early.  Therefore, you will receive an additional six months of advertising at no extra cost.
