BATTLE OF THE BANDS

Where: Petree Plaza (corner of Choctaw and Russell), El Reno, OK

When: September 8 at 6pm and September 9 at 10am

If you are going to be at the event both days we ask that you start setting up no later than 4pm on Friday. If you have a tent you’ll want to take it down overnight. You’ll be able to leave your items at the theatre overnight if you'd like.  You’ll need to be prepared to be set up and ready to open by 3pm on Saturday, which means that setup will be at 1pm.

There is no electricity or water hookup available.  You will need to provide your own tent and table(s) for a 10x10 space.

 

The musicians and bands that compete travel from across the state to participate. The entire event takes place outside. If we have inclement  weather the bands will be moved to the theatre. 

 

This is an all ages event with no admission charge. We will also have several food trucks at the event. It’s located at a very busy intersection (Russell and Choctaw) on Route 66 where it gets a lot of attention. 

 

The cost is $35 for both days or $25 for one day. This fee is non-refundable unless we have to cancel the event for any reason. If you're accepted we'll send you an invoice by June 10, 2023 and it will be due within 14 days.
