BATTLE OF THE BANDS

Where: Petree Plaza (corner of Choctaw and Russell), El Reno, OK

When: September 8 at 6pm and September 9 at 10am

If you will be at the event on both days we ask that you start setting up no later than 3pm on Friday. You’ll be able to leave your trailer at the event overnight. If you have a tent you’ll want to take it down overnight. You’ll need to be prepared to be set up and ready to open by 3pm on Saturday.

There is no electricity or water hookup available. 

 

The musicians and bands that compete travel from across the state to participate. The entire event takes place outside. If we have inclement  weather the bands will be moved to the theatre. 

 

This is an all ages event with no admission charge. We will also have several vendors participating. It’s located at a very busy intersection (Russell and Choctaw) on Route 66 where it gets a lot of attention. 

 

The cost is $50 for both days. This fee is non-refundable unless we have to cancel the event for any reason. If you're accepted we'll send you an invoice by June 10, 2023 and will be due within 14 days.  Please keep in mind that our goal is to have only one food truck with a particular kind of food (example only one pizza food truck, only one taco truck, etc.) however some of the sides may be the same.
